Rematches Headline Stacked UFC 304 Card
After a long wait, the UFC is finally ready to return to the Octagon for UFC 304. The event, which will take place on Saturday, March 11th, 2023, at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, will be headlined by two highly anticipated rematches.
In the main event, Leon "Rocky" Edwards (22-3-1 NC) will defend his welterweight title against Belal "Remember the Name" Muhammad (20-3-1). The two fighters first met in 2021, with Edwards winning by unanimous decision. However, Muhammad has been on a tear since then, winning four straight fights and earning a shot at the title.
The co-main event will feature a rematch between former bantamweight champion Cody Garbrandt (12-5) and No. 3-ranked contender Sean O'Malley (15-1). Garbrandt is looking to avenge his knockout loss to O'Malley in 2022, while O'Malley is looking to continue his rise up the rankings.
The rest of the UFC 304 card is equally stacked, with several other title fights and contenders' matches. The event will be available on pay-per-view through ESPN+.
